Since the establishment of the conference, we have done a lot of effective work in efforts to promote the wholeheartedly relying on faculty and staff to run schools, uphold and improve the system of teaching representatives, promote school affairs, strengthen democratic management, democratic supervision and democratic decision-making. It has been awarded the honorary title of “Model Teacher's Home”, “Jiangsu Province May 1st Labor Award” and “Provincial Factory Open and Democratic Management Demonstration Unit” by Jiangsu Education Union.
